Job summary

Central Transport is seeking a Terminal Manager in Blytheville, Arkansas, to oversee dock operations within a 14-door LTL facility and manage a team of 5-10 drivers. The ideal candidate should have prior LTL management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior LTL management experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees.
• Desire to surround customer with excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee terminal dock operations within a 14-door, LTL cross-dock facility.
• Provide leadership and accountability to a group of 5-10 LTL city and road truck drivers.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain terminal/driver staff.
