Job summary

Kingsgate Logistics, LLC is building a dedicated LTL desk in West Chester, United States. You will lead carrier relationships, pricing, audits, and claims, with the goal of growing the LTL book from $8M to beyond $15M.

You will own the desk operations, negotiate CSPs and discounts, manage audits and claims recovery, and drive margin protection while delivering expert customer analytics and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in LTL pricing, carrier management, or 3PL LTL operations.
• Proven track record negotiating LTL pricing with carriers (CSPs, FAK, discounts).
• Solid NMFC classification, density-based rating, and accessorial understanding.
• Hands-on claims experience: liability limits, released vs full value, concealment rules.
• Strong Excel-based carrier mix and cost analyses; able to explain results to customers.
• Proven ability to create or lead a desk, process, or program.

Responsibilities

• Own carrier strategy and pricing across national, regional, and sub-regional carriers.
• Lead invoice audit and recovery efforts; target cost savings and recoveries.
• Manage claims process from filing to closure and carrier accountability.
• Set quoting standards to protect margins and reduce variance.
• Lead customer analytics and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow LTL spend from current levels to new targets.
• Hire, train, and develop LTL Operations Specialists; document SOPs for continuity.
• Oversee one of Kingsgate's largest LTL accounts and communicate with customers.
