Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology or other relevant behavioral science is required.
• Must be licensed or licensed eligible.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with fluent speaking, reading and writing abilities.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, etc.).
• California driver license with good driving record.
• Background check and Title 22 requirements to work with children/youth in placement.
• Experience with immigrant youth or in a foster family agency is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to ethics and mandated reporting; ensure confidentiality of UACs information.
• Perform mental health assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapies as clinically indicated.
• Document treatment updates in EHRS; record progress for each UAC.
• Collaborate with LTFC team and Resource Parents to address physical, emotional, and behavioral care.
• Participate in mandated ORR professional development training.
• Fulfill requirements of regulatory professional organizations (e.g. BBS).
• Respond to urgent situations to resolve safety concerns.
• Complete home studies for Resource Parents and pursue SAFE certification within 6 months.
• Assist with recruiting, orienting, and training Resource Parents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Program Supervisor or Director.
