Job summary

Responsibilities

• Order entry of electronic and faxed prescriptions via Pharmacy software.
• Answering phone calls and troubleshooting with nursing staff.
• Adjudicating and troubleshooting rejected insurance claims.
• Communicate with fill floor to process orders in a timely manner.
• Accurately processing prescriptions and calculating proper day supplies and quantities.
• Ability to problem solve and provide accurate information.
