Qualifications
Must be an active Pharmacist licensed by the KY Board of Pharmacy.
Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.
Ability to perform light lifting and sit/stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug and dosage.
Ensure medicines are correctly supplied and labeled.
Communicate with nursing staff and physicians on medication-related queries.
Supervise the preparation of medicines.
