Job summary

Access Medical Clinics is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for medical care services at a long-term care facility. You will collaborate with administration, nursing leadership, and attending providers to ensure high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care.

The role includes a monthly stipend plus a pay-per-visit model, with on-site rounding weekly and active participation in QAPI and leadership meetings to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Board certification in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Experience in geriatrics, post-acute, or long-term care.
• Knowledge of CMS and LTC regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for medical care in the facility.
