Qualifications

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Board certification in geriatric, family or internal medicine.
• Experience in geriatrics, post-acute, or long-term care.
• Knowledge of CMS and LTC regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• 4 hours per month per facility for administrative duties.
• On-site presence once weekly for rounding on acute and long-term care patients (approx. 2 hours per week).
• Participation in QAPI and leadership meetings.
• Availability for consultation.
