Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions; basic math.
• Six months of applicable kitchen experience preferred.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• BLS may be required depending on location.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, assembles and serves food for residents and staff per menus and dietary guidelines.
• Maintains sanitation, HACCP records and proper labeling/ storage of food and equipment.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and works with a team in a dynamic environment.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and adheres to quality and safety standards.
