Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to residents and staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and established policies.
• Assists residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring.
• Coordinates dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including setup, delivery, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake as necessary.
• Completes flow sheets and reports changes in residents’ condition to the nurse and supervisor.
