Munson Healthcare Careers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential support to nursing staff and assist residents with daily living activities in accordance with care plans. You will help with mobility, feeding, and documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires Michigan CNA certification, High School diploma or GED, and current CPR/BLS. Vaccination requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program within required timelines.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provides supportive services to nurses and staff and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Aids mobility, lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents as needed.
• Coordinates dining room services including setup, delivery, feeding, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake and assistance as required.
• Assists with weighing residents and reports changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Tracks skin condition; reports pressure areas or skin issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities for residents.
• Completes flow sheets daily and documents resident progress per supervisor.
• Keeps nurse/supervisor informed of factors affecting work performance.
• Reports changes in resident condition to the resident’s nurse and supervisor.
