Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing facilities in Huntington Station, NY. You will serve as the primary care provider and work with a dedicated NP or PA to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for SNF residents and oversee medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs on care plans.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while managing chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists for comprehensive care.
