Job Title

LTAP Coordinator (Temporary)

Responsibilities
  • Complete data entry for Excel and Access database used to track class registrations, attendance, payments, and other essential information.
  • Prepare communications to promote classes via listserv and social media.
  • Assist in preparing the quarterly newsletter.
  • Travel as needed across North Carolina to act as course administrator.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two years of professional experience or a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with databases and basic computer skills (email, Gmail, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Adobe).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; up to 30 hours per week.
