Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time role in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner facility. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule providing care to medically complex, high-acuity patients.

The role involves collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, delivering medications and therapies, and educating patients and families to support recovery and ongoing health. A strong team culture emphasizes patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
