Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Pineville, NC. This LTAC partner offers life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, coordinate individualized care plans with a physicians team, monitor progress, administer medications, and educate families while upholding standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
