Job summary

Lumina Mental Health in New Jersey seeks licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Providers, delivering in-home and community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families through CSOC.

As an IIC provider, you will help youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensing: LSW, LAC, LMFT (or license-eligible)
• Experience with community-based or in-home services preferred
• Knowledge of CSOC/PerformCare a plus
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
• Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions
• Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers
• Participate in case conferences and supervision
• Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards
• Support youth with challenges including behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs

Education

Position Overview

Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Providers. This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC).

As an IIC provider, you will play a critical role in helping youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.
