Job summary

Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed or license-eligible clinicians to join as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinical Providers. You will deliver in-home and community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families across CSOC, helping youth stabilize and improve functioning.

Responsibilities include therapy, documentation, and collaboration with CMOs, families, and other providers. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Required: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT (or license-eligible)
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents
• Experience with community-based or in-home services preferred
• Knowledge of CSOC/PerformCare a plus
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
• Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions

Position Overview

Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinical Providers. This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC). As an IIC provider, you will play a critical role in helping youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments


• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
