Job summary

Lumina Mental Health in New Jersey seeks licensed or license-eligible clinicians to deliver Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapy for children, adolescents, and families. The role provides in-home and community-based services, aiming to stabilize youth and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.

As part of a supportive team, you will document progress notes, develop individualized interventions, and collaborate with CMOs, families, and other providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide in-home and community-based therapy.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents.
• Experience with CSOC/PerformCare a plus; strong documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
• Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions
• Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers
• Participate in case conferences and supervision
• Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards
• Support youth with behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs

Position Overview

Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinical Providers. This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC). As an IIC provider, you will play a critical role in helping youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments


• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates


• Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions


• Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers


• Participate in case conferences and supervision


• Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards


• Support youth with challenges including behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs

Qualifications

• Required: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT (or license-eligible)


• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
