Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking an experienced production technician to run a mold press and monitor production quality. You will operate related equipment, use blueprints and SOPs, and ensure documentation complies with GDP standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic including five-digit numbers.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IQMS software.

Responsibilities

• Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
• Operate related secondary equipment when applicable.
• Read and follow blueprints, engineering specs, SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.
• Maintain accurate written records following GDP procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and QA.
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment per 5S standards.
• Execute line clearance procedures per standard.

Position Summary:

Run production, monitor and maintain rate and quality throughout the production run.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
• Run related secondary equipment when applicable.
• Understand and use blueprints, engineering specifications, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by the production run.
• Understand and operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.
• Maintain accurate written records and keep appropriate documentation following Cirtec Good Documentation Procedures (GDP).
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by 5S standards.
• Execute the line clearance procedures per standard.

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Ability to add and subtract five (5) digit numbers.

• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (outlook and Excel) and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.84 / hour
