Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a licensed LSOTP to deliver high-quality sexual behavior treatment services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular basis and is required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, a rotating schedule, extended shift, or overtime.
• Travels to assigned state supported living centers to provide sexual behavior treatment services, consultation, training, and technical assistance.
• Develops, implements, monitors, and revises individualized sexual behavior treatment plans with risk-informed approaches.
• Provides training, coaching, and professional development to staff on LSOTP concepts and related practices.
