Job summary

Bi-State Development is seeking a MetroLink Mechanic in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing rail vehicles, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems. You will operate diagnostic equipment and document results for ongoing maintenance.

A CDL and DOT readiness are required to manage complex LRVs. Excellent benefits and steady hourly pay with opportunities for overtime and growth into higher roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic theory and principles.
• Experience in maintenance and repair as a skilled mechanic.
• Must have or obtain CDL license and DOT physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on LRV systems and subsystems.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and test electrical and mechanical components.
• Operate diagnostic tools and record thorough equipment reports and logs.
