Job summary

A veteran-owned consulting firm in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Weapon Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will need over 6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, and US citizenship with a Top Secret clearance. Responsibilities include leading system engineering processes and capturing requirements. Competitive salary range between $108,037 and $155,025 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering of military aircraft and/or weapons systems.
• Requires at least 10% of travel.
• US citizenship with Active DoD Top Secret SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in System Engineering processes on LRASM C3 development.
• Capture requirements and develop requirements traceability matrices.
• Conduct System Engineering Technical Reviews and Test and Evaluation support.
• Administer technical interchange meetings and design reviews.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance against program milestones.
• Manage program-related engineering information and documentation.
