Job summary

Excelsior Orthopaedics is seeking a skilled LPN to join its clinical operations team in New York. The role involves supporting providers, casting, wound care, triage, and ensuring a safe, positive patient experience in busy clinics.

You will manage vitals, update patient charts in MEDENT, and coordinate follow-ups while maintaining regulatory standards. Requires NYS LPN or BOC, 2+ years in a fast-paced medical office, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license or ATC BOC certification.
• 2+ years in a high-volume medical office preferred.
• Experience in wound care and casting highly preferred.
• EMR knowledge required (MEDENT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Perform cast application/removal, wound care, and patient education.
• Take vitals, document history, and update electronic medical records.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage patient paperwork and records.
