Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, WA is seeking an LPN to join our Urology team at the 87th Ave location. Responsibilities include rooming patients, coordinating care, returning patient calls, communicating provider recommendations, refilling prescriptions and administering injections.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current WA LPN license, strong communication skills, and BLS CPR certification. Schedules include 36 or 40 hours per week with varying shifts.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, coordinating care, returning patient calls, communicating provider recommendations, refilling prescriptions per protocol, and administering injections as ordered. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. **Location:** 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664) **Schedules:** 36 hours a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 7:30am-5:00 pm. Thursdays OFF. OR 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. **One weekday off, to be determined.** **Hiring range** generally between $28.02/hour to $34.02/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. **Requirements:** * Graduate of accredited school of nursing.* Current Washington State LPN license in good standing.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.* Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
