Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Wing Supervisor in a long-term care setting. Under the RN Supervisor, you will oversee CNAs, administer medications, monitor health, and ensure quality care that meets state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and active LPN license.
• Experience in nursing home/long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications, treatments, glucose checks, and narcotic counts in the EHR.
• Direct and supervise CNAs, adjust shift assignments, and assist with resident care.
• Conduct monthly care plan reviews and report changes to the RN Supervisor.
• Collect specimens and coordinate delivery with requisitions.
• Communicate with families and department heads about resident status.
