Job summary

Monarch Communities—Wellness Nurse (LPN) role at our senior living community, led by the Health and Wellness Director, provides direct nursing care with emphasis on holistic wellness. Supervises CNAs and coordinates daily nursing activities to ensure quality resident care.

The position is full-time, with shifts 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am, requiring an active LPN license and experience in long-term care or related settings. Strong clinical and regulatory knowledge expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new apps.
• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs and ability to perform physical duties.
