Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Continuing education credits must be maintained.
• Experience in geriatric nursing or rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take active role in resident assessments and care planning.
• Oversee self-administered medication management and administer meds per orders.
• Document observations and report changes in residents' condition.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Engage with families and support community activities.
