Job summary

Envive Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care and support the nursing team. You will administer medications, reinforce care instructions, and help plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with clinicians and other staff.

The role includes assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges, monitoring vital signs, documenting patient responses, and maintaining a safe, comforting environment. Weekend premiums and comprehensive benefits apply.

• LPN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred)

• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered

• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
