Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated nursing care in a clinical setting in Montgomery County, PA. The role involves administering medications, recording treatments, and reinforcing patient and family education as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with admissions and discharges, and maintaining safe, comfortable patient environments.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state; licensure preferred with 1 year of experience.
• Ability to administer medications and document accurately.
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills.

• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
