Qualifications

• LPN license in NYS required.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members on care plans.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff to promote growth and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and outcomes.
• Address clinical concerns and staffing issues to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
