Huntingdon Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with starting wages from $24.50 to $35.50 per hour for full-time, weekend warrior and weekday shifts available at Huntingdon Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Huntingdon, TN. Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program or school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents resident conditions and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members per resident needs and capabilities.
• Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents per policy and regulations.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for staff.
• Ensures supplies are used effectively and equipment is kept clean and safe.
• Coordinates nursing care with therapy or procedures scheduled.
