Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Morristown, NJ is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our weekend team. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medication and treatments, as ordered by physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Work flexible weekend shifts, including evenings and holidays

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team.
