Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing in Morristown, NJ is seeking a weekend LPN to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with ADLs in a state-of-the-art post-acute care setting.

Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to high-quality resident outcomes.

Formación

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to work weekends as part of our dedicated team. As an LPN with Morristown Post Acute, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with ADLs

• Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
