Job summary
White Oak Manor York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time weekend shift (7am–3pm) to join our skilled care and rehabilitation team at 111 S Congress Street, York, SC 29745. You will assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care while leading CNAs for consistent, person-centered care.
We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay and weekend differentials, PTO after 90 days, holiday premium pay, and one-on-one training to set
Qualifications
- Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and support care plan implementation.
- Provide compassionate clinical care.
- Lead and mentor CNAs.
- Help the team deliver consistent, person-centered care daily.
