Job summary

White Oak Manor York is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse to join the weekend team in York, SC. The role focuses on assessing resident needs, supporting care plan implementation, and delivering compassionate clinical care. You will mentor CNAs and help ensure consistent, person-centered care every day.

Applicants must hold a South Carolina LPN license in good standing and comply with PSOR/NLC rules. This is a part-time weekend shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on high-quality

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• PSOR and NLC requirements must be met for employment.

What We’re Looking For:

• As a condition of employment, nurses must meet Primary State of Residence (PSOR) and Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state‑issued ID with a South Carolina address. Candidates residing outside of South Carolina must maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with their Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements.
