NATIONAL HEALTH - WHITE OAK LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend team in York, SC. The role focuses on assessing resident needs, supporting care plans, and delivering compassionate clinical care in a 12-hour shift model, with days and nights on weekends.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• PSOR and NLC requirements apply; maintain licensure in Primary State of Residence.
• Long‑term care experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and support care plan implementation.
• Provide compassionate, clinical care and supervision to residents.
• Lead and mentor CNAs to deliver person-centered care daily.
