Job summary

Ecumen in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an every-4th weekend rotation. Day, PM, or Overnight shifts are available with a new shift differential for PM and Overnight.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing for the LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state where employed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures (HIPAA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to residents within the scope of LPN practice.
• Coordinates resident care with other departments from admission to discharge.
• Assists RN with assessments, documentation and data collection.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; observes changes.
• Maintains safety and infection control; ensures policies are followed.
• Keeps work area clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
