Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts across days, evenings and nights at our 79-bed facility.

As an LPN you will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain resident well‑being. Minnesota license required; weekend and holiday rotation apply. Six shifts per month requested.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and Minnesota licensure.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered Minnesota LPN license.
• Must be available to work 6 shifts per month, including two weekend shifts and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, meds, and activities.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maintain resident well‑being.
