Job summary

Weatherly Inn - Lake Meridian is seeking a compassionate LPN to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.

This part-time position includes Saturday and Sunday evening shifts with the potential for merit-based increases and ongoing professional development within a supportive, family-owned senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Active Washington State LPN License required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Dementia & Mental Health Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentation.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room.
