Job summary

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a weekend-only Baylor position. You will provide high-quality, individualized care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility.

The weekend shifts run Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 10pm. Candidates must hold a NY State LPN license and demonstrate compassion, leadership with CNAs, and a strong work ethic. Daily Pay option is available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed.

• Provide support and leadership to CNAs.

Job Summary:

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a weekend only position. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality, individualized care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature
• Administer medications and injections as needed
• Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
• Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
