Job summary

Valor Healthcare is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Williston Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Williston, ND. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to veterans as directed by the physician, collaborating with the PACT team to develop patient care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license, has at least one year of ambulatory care experience, strong EMR skills, and a commitment to compassionate, veteran-focused care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Minimum one year of LPN/LVN experience in primary care or ambulatory setting; VA experience preferred.
• Current license in good standing for the state of employment (VA credentials as required).
• Current BLS certification; ACLS as required by VA contract.
• Good English communication and strong EMR/computer skills.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to patients as directed by the physician.
• Collaborate with the PACT team to develop patient care plans and coordinate care.
• Administer medications and document in EMR; monitor patient status and adverse reactions.
• Perform routine nursing assessments and health maintenance tasks per VA guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all training and compliance requirements.
