Job summary

PineCrest Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking dedicated LPNs to join a resident-focused nursing team at our North Miami facility. Walk-in interviews are welcome during specified hours with on-the-spot interviews for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State.
CPR Certification required.
Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
Medication administration.
Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies.
Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.
