Job summary

Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth, MA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our care team. We offer $40–$46 hourly with weekly pay, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. We have full-time and part-time openings on 3p-11p and 11p-7a.

New graduates welcome and clinical support provided. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, maintaining care plans, administering medications, documenting nursing notes, and collaborating with the healthcare

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state, or in the process of obtaining one.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant.
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care.
• Follow physician's orders and administer medication according to procedure.
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.
• Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list.
• Document and report any unusual or significant findings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care.
