Job summary

Home Care At Its Best in Manhattan seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care, document progress, and administer treatments. The role requires an active LPN license and radiates through a variety of shifts.

Qualifications

• LPN license required with current certification.
• Minimum 6 months of LPN/RN experience.
• Ventilation/tracheostomy care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient progress in Alayacare.
• Obtain changes in physician orders as needed.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures.
• Communicate patient status to Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide respiratory care including tracheostomy and ventilator support.
