Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in Topeka, KS is seeking a day shift, full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Urology Clinic.

You will provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold a Kansas LPN license, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current License as LPN in the State of Kansas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse as defined by the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of SFHC.
• The LPN reports to the Clinic Manager or designee.
