Job summary

Saint Luke's is hiring an LPN for the Advanced Urologic Associates team. The position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends and a daily schedule from 7:30am to 5:00pm (Thursdays until 11:30am).

The role requires MO/KS LPN licensure and will involve travel among Independence, Saint Luke’s East, and Saint Luke’s South clinics. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience and prefer candidates with urology or specialty clinic background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Urology or specialty clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist with triage, medication administration, procedures and direct patient care.
• Support management of complex patient concerns and clinical questions.
• Ensure appropriate follow-up on test results, referrals, medications and provider orders.
• Collaborate with providers to maintain continuity of quality of care.
