The role involves triage, vital signs, sample collection, injections, IVs, and documentation in EPIC EMR. Eligible candidates will have an accredited LPN program completion and GA licensure, plus 1+ year healthcare experience preferred. Training and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program and GA licensure.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Perform triage and record vital signs.
• Collect lab specimens and administer injections.
• Document patient history in EMR.
• Support occupational medicine services and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
