Canyon Transitional Rehab Ctr in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Unit Manager - LPN to deliver compliant, high-quality health care on your assigned unit and support patient satisfaction. You will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe coverage and supervise staff.

You will also oversee medication management, provide direct patient care, and participate in ongoing staff education and training with the Nurse Educator. Competitive benefits and hourly pay range are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners for the state where the center operates.
• At least one year of nurse management experience.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, high-quality and cost-effective health care on your assigned unit while achieving positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage for safe care.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non‑professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs and develop training with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management and ensure policy-aligned handling of medications.
• Provide direct patient care alongside other unit nurses.
