Job summary

Foundation Health Partners in Alaska is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care under the direction of a physician or RN. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a robust benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include observing and documenting patient status, contributing to the plan of care, implementing orders, and communicating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Alaska RN license (valid/current or temporary).
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, compile and report patient needs and progress.
• Contribute to plan of care and discharge planning.
• Implement care per physician orders and nursing plan.
• Document in patient records accurately and timely.
• Coordinate admission process and communicate with families and referrals.
