Responsibilities

• Plan and provide resident care under the direction of the RN.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects per RN guidance.
• Take and document vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Complete shift reports and maintain accurate MAR and charts.
• Participate in infection control and uphold safety standards.
• Attend mandatory in-services and competency evaluations.
