Job summary
Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift (8 AM–4 PM) in Roscoe, NY. You will provide high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and help ensure resident well-being in a collaborative team.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
- CPR certification is required.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric care is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of treatments for residents and support nursing.
- Provide nursing care per assessments, care plans, and facility policies.
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to providers and families as appropriate.
- Administer medications and therapies within RN scope of practice.
- Document assessments, care provided, treatments, and resident responses.
- Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
